Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-19
This policy covers the CanaryTel website and its contact form. It describes what we collect when you visit the site or send us a request, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you enter: name, company, role, work email, phone, your answers to the qualification questions, and your message. We collect only what you choose to submit.
Why we collect it
We use form information to reply to your request, including requests for the free one-week audit or a pilot. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV. Access is limited to people at CanaryTel who need it to respond.
How long we keep it
Our policy is to delete inquiry data after 24 months unless a business relationship exists.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Processors
We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and cookie-free analytics. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views and first-party anonymous event counts, such as form start and form submit. We use no cookies for analytics, and we do not store IP addresses.
Access and deletion
To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, send a request through the contact form and tell us what you want. We will confirm the request and act on it.
Children
The site is intended for business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Test-call data and customer data
This policy covers the website only. Test-call data and customer data are governed by the service agreement and, where applicable, a business associate agreement (BAA). See security and data handling.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
